Be Your Own Boss - 1st Round Challenge!

NOTHING NEW has been selected to participate in a new TV programme on BBC3 Be Your Own Boss !! I am through to the first round where I have been given £100 to prove my entrepreneurial skills and make as much profit as I can. I have decided to go about this in a NOTHING NEW way and raid the charity shops for the best items, re-work and repair them as necessary and sell them on ebay. Skinny Jeans Please!

After a good few years on the block, it looks like slimline style 'skinny' jeans are here to stay (I doubt I will ever wear my flares again!). They work for boys & girls, are flattering and go with just about everything, a real staple in my wardrobe at least. I love the look of old well worn denim, but the shape of these great washes found in vintage & charity shops just isn't right (voluminous hips and tapered legs). So I make them skinny! I bought these high waisted, faded black Lee jeans off ebay for £5.48 and them transformed them into my perfect jeans...so pleased! My brother also needed his expensive DuckandCover jeans updating as the loose fit just wasn't his style anymore, now they're ready to come out of the wardrobe once again! I can do the same for you for £20.
